By booking a class or buying a class pack or membership at Arise Pilates Studio, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Arise

  • Arise Pilates Studio is a Reformer Pilates studio located at BQ Residence, 23rd St, Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai.
  • Bookings and payments are managed through our booking platform (Glofox). Its own terms also apply to your account.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.

2. Eligibility

  • Classes are open to clients aged 18 and over.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please check with your doctor before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or have recently had surgery.
  • Tell your instructor before class about any injury, condition or limitation so the class can be adapted.
  • Pregnancy: you are welcome until 8 weeks of pregnancy. After 8 weeks, we are not able to accept you in class. Please let us know as soon as you are pregnant.
  • Candlelight Heat Reformer takes place in a room heated to 28°C. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. If you have any condition that may be affected by heat, please check with your doctor first.
  • Follow your instructor’s guidance at all times. You take part in classes at your own pace and within your own limits.

4. Booking & Arrival

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our schedule. Classes are limited to 7 Reformers.
  • For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you how the Reformer works. There is no private parking at the studio; public RTA parking is about 5 minutes’ walk away.
  • Grip socks are required in every class. They are available at the studio (75 AED).

5. Late Arrival

  • For your safety and out of respect for the class, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, entry may be refused. In that case, the class is counted as used.

6. Cancellation & No-Show

  • You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the class starts.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class, and no-shows, are counted as a used class.
  • Unlimited memberships: each no-show removes 1 day of validity from your membership.

7. Class Packs

  • Each class pack is valid for the period stated at purchase, starting from the date of purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of that period.
  • The Discovery pack is reserved for new clients and can be purchased once per person.
  • Class packs are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

8. Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Membership 4, Membership 8 and Unlimited 3 Months have a 3-month commitment. They end automatically after 3 months, with no automatic renewal.
  • Unlimited Flexible has no commitment and renews every month until cancelled. You may cancel it with 30 days’ written notice sent to us by email or WhatsApp.
  • A membership can be frozen for medical reasons or travel, on request and subject to approval by the studio.
  • Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

9. Payments & Refunds

  • Prices are shown in AED on our Pricing page and may change. Any change does not affect packs or memberships already purchased.
  • All purchases are final: class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Schedule Changes

  • We may change the schedule, the instructor or cancel a class when necessary. If we cancel a class you booked, the class is returned to your account.

11. Studio Etiquette

  • Please keep your phone on silent during class and respect the calm of the studio and other clients.
  • Personal belongings are your responsibility. Arise is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

12. Liability

  • You take part in classes at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Arise Pilates Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

13. Privacy

  • We use your personal information only to manage your bookings, payments and communication with you. We never sell your data.

14. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
